Our online business open M-F 10am-6pm for handling shipping and customer service. We are closed on weekends and some holidays.
Handling typically takes about 1 business day before shipping your item out.
Payment / Shipping Policy
We accept most of the major payment options.
We will cancel the order if we don't receive the payment in 14 days.
We do combine shipment for most of the items. If it doesn't automatically set, please ask us for it. You will see the discounted shipping cost.
Please make sure the "ship to" address on your account is correct at the time of payment.
We can not correct or revise customer shipping addresses, especially for international shipments.
We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to the incorrect address due to buyer error.
We can do the Local Pick as well. You can choose this option and pick up the order at our Gardena store. For scheduling, we will contact you after receiving the order.
Since our items are used items, we can't accept returns if you just change your mind and don't want it anymore. We accept returns only if items are defective from a functionality issue or damage from shipping.
Please contact us and return item within 30 days following receipt of it.
There is no warranty, since our items are used.
